Husband-wife duo Nish and Anjali committed to a vegan lifestyle in late 2016 because they believe that a plant-based diet is a more sustainable way of feeding ourselves and our families.
Anjali, a journalist by training, has always loved to cook (and eat!). She found the confidence to share her passion for healthy, tasty vegan cooking as a finalist on SBS’s The Chef’s Line.
With Lodhi Gardens, Nish, an engineer by training, combines his expertise as a sales engineer with his passion for health and animal welfare.
The two tossed up many ideas (including owning and operating a farm in Jamaica) till Lodhi Gardens was born.
